  1. Heat 200 ml water to 90°C.

  2. Add a teaspoon (2 g) of sweet wild thyme.

  3. Leave to infuse for 5 to 7 minutes to release its subtle aromas.

To prepare an infusion of thyme, simply :

  1. Bring 250 ml of water to the boil.

  2. Add 1 Infusette

  3. Cover and leave to infuse for 7 to 10 minutes.

  4. Strain and enjoy, plain or with a touch of honey.
