  1. Heat 200 ml water to 90°C.

  2. Add a teaspoon (2 g) of lemon verbena.

  3. Leave to infuse for 5-7 minutes to release its delicate fragrance.

FAQ - verbena infusion

To make a vervain infusion, boil some water, then pour it into your container, adding a boèmia sachet or so. Cover and leave to infuse. You can add a little honey to sweeten.

Vervain should be infused for between 5 and 10 minutes, depending on the desired intensity. The longer the infusion, the more aromatic and concentrated in active ingredients it will be.

For an infusion of fresh lemongrass verbena, use a few fresh leaves (5 to 10, depending on size), washed beforehand. Pour simmering water over them, leave to infuse for 7 to 10 minutes, covered, then strain. This infusion is ideal for natural relaxation.
